Polk Audio Reserve R300 Guides and Manuals

1 How to Use

  • Using speaker wires, connect the R300 to the center channel output of your AV receiver. Ensure the positive (red) and negative (black) terminals match on both the speaker and receiver.
  • Run your AV receiver’s auto-calibration feature to optimize the speaker’s sound according to your room’s acoustics.
  • Fine-tune the speaker settings, including volume levels and crossover frequency, if needed, to balance the R300 with other speakers in your setup.
  • Play movies or music and adjust the audio settings to ensure clear dialogue and an immersive sound experience.

2 How to Maintain

  • Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to dust the speaker regularly. Avoid harsh chemicals or water on the speaker’s surface, especially around the tweeter and woofer.
  • Place the speaker in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, heaters, and humid environments that can damage internal components.
  • Prevent damage by not overloading the speaker with excessive volume.
